Our name La Posada comes from two places close to our hearts: The Latin American “Posadas” — festive gatherings full of food, laughter, music, and good company. Family heritage — it was Owner Julian Giraldo’s grandmother’s maiden name, honoring her gift for cooking and gathering people around a table overflowing with love (and food). Our goal is to create a place where attentive service meets unforgettable flavors. Here, every guest is treated like family.
